The website is operated by PROGRESSIVE POINT OFFICE DHARAK ASSOCIATION, represented by Mr. Naresh Pille.

Shop/Office owners or tenants are required to pay monthly maintenance charges as determined by the Association. These charges are used for the upkeep of the building.

Payments can be made online through our payment gateway partners. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
5. User Responsibilities
Users (Shop/Office owners or tenants) are responsible for paying their dues on time to ensure uninterrupted services.
