Cancellations and Refunds Policy

1. Maintenance Charges

Maintenance charges are paid monthly for the upkeep of the Progressive Point Complex. Once paid, these charges are generally non-refundable as they are utilized for the common services provided to all shop/office owners.

2. Cancellations

Since the payments are for monthly maintenance services already rendered or scheduled, cancellations of payment are not applicable once the transaction is successful.

3. Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Double Payment: If a user has paid the maintenance charge twice for the same month, the excess amount will be either refunded or adjusted in the next month's bill, at the discretion of the Association.
  • Technical Error: If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, the amount is usually automatically refunded by the bank within 5-7 working days. If not, please contact us with proof of deduction.
